About Xeno M ller Xeno M ller is a Professional Coach, Olympic Gold and Silver medalist, and Olympic record holder. He was a member of the Brown University crew, and was undefeated in collegiate rowing. He s also won the Eastern Sprints, I.R.A., the Henley Royal Regatta, 12 Swiss National Championships and the Crash-B Indoor Rowing World Championship Silver Medal at the World Championship in the Mens Single Scull. He now coaches and develops at all levels, including raw beginners, master rowers, and elite athletes who ve made the US Olympic Rowing Team. About the Rowing Fundamentals Course In these videos, Xeno explains three key areas which every rower needs to learn to master the basics of rowing: - Warm up and boat set-up - Catch and drive - Glide and recovery If you master these fundamental concepts and drills, you'll be a long way towards becoming a great rower.
